Refund / Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations

You can ask us to cancel an order by phone before it is dispatched. If we cancel an order (for example, a product is out of stock), we refund the full amount paid.

Returns and refunds

If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos. After checking, we will replace the product or refund it. Approved refunds of UPI payments go back to the original UPI account, normally within 5–7 working days.

Orders paid with fashion credits

If an order (or part of it) was paid with fashion credits, the credit part of a refund is returned to your credit token and any UPI part is refunded to your UPI account. If a payment fails or expires, credits reserved for that order go back to your token automatically.

Fashion credit tokens

Your fashion credit token is valid for 90 days from the day you buy it. After that it cannot be redeemed.

If your credit token does not work for any reason — for example it will not redeem at checkout — email us at info@brand-basket.com with your token code and we will help you.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash. To ask for a refund of credits you have not used, email us with your token code; we refund the unused amount you actually paid to your original UPI account.

Bonus credit and credit discounts are promotional and not refundable; a refund covers only the unused amount you actually paid. Credits can be used only on this website.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but your order or credit token was not confirmed, or you were charged twice, contact us with your Order ID and UPI reference. Verified amounts are refunded to the original UPI account.
