About this website

This website is an online marketplace for fashion accessories such as jewellery, bags, wallets, sunglasses, watches, belts, caps and hair accessories. You can buy products directly, or buy fashion credits in advance and use them on products later. By placing an order or buying credits you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after your payment is verified (or, for orders paid fully with credits, after the credits are deducted). Please enter a correct name, mobile number and delivery address. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable; any amount paid is then refunded as described in our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

Pricing, festive sale and offers

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Festive season prices apply only during the festive sale dates shown on the website; after the sale ends, regular prices apply. Only one promotion applies per order: the best combo or buy-more-save-more offer, or your promo code, whichever saves more. Prices and discounts are calculated again on our server before you pay.

Promo and referral codes

Promo codes give a discount on an order; they are not money and have no balance. The refer-a-friend code WELCOME100 gives a new customer a discount on their first order, one use per mobile number. We do not track who referred whom, and there is no separate reward for the person who shares the code.

Fashion credits

Fashion credits are a prepaid balance that you buy in advance and redeem on products on this website. After payment your credit token is shown on screen (Copy / Save as file); keep it safe, because anyone who has the code can use the balance. Credits are valid for 90 days from purchase, can be used in part or in full, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

When you buy credits of ₹500 or more, bonus credit is added to your token (+3% from ₹500, +5% from ₹2,000, +8% from ₹5,000, maximum ₹500). When you pay for an order with credits you also get an extra 5% off (maximum ₹50).

Bonus credit and credit discounts are promotional and not refundable; a refund covers only the unused amount you actually paid. Credits can be used only on this website.

Payment

Payments are made by UPI QR through our payment partner. We do not see or store your UPI PIN or bank details. If credits do not cover the whole order, the remaining amount is paid by UPI.
